DO YOU HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
Our website is live which means that if you can add the item to your cart, we have it in stock. We can make mistakes but that's the exception and not the rule. If for whatever reason the item is oversold, we will notify you immediately and provide further options.
PREORDERING OF OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our website allow pre-ordering of certain "out of stock" items. Your credit card will not be charge until the items are ready to be shipped. However, in certain cases, a deposit will be required, this requirement will be posted on product details.
ETA OF OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In most cases, pre-ordering of out of stock items will normally take 4 to 6 weeks to delivery. However, due to the US Export License requirements, there might be unexpected delays, in this case, we strongly suggest the customers to contact us before pre-ordering the items.
WHERE'S MY ORDER??
Orders are generally shipped the same day or the next business day by expedited mail from Canadapost. In most cases, you should receive a tracking number to your registered email. If your order is not received within 7-10 days, please contact us.

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
WHAT PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?
Currently we only accept VISA and Mastercard. However, we do accept EMT but you will be required to contact us to place the order.
